- If canceled less than 15 calendar days before the session starts, a fee of 100% of the price will be charged.
- If canceled between 15 and 30 calendar days before the session starts, a fee of 30% of the price will be charged.
- If canceled more than 30 calendar days in advance, the trainee will be fully refunded, minus banking fees.

In case of rescheduling, registered participants have 15 days to confirm or cancel their participation in the new dates. They must inform EPSF SAS by email. If no response is received within 15 days, the trainee’s registration is considered confirmed for the new session dates. The clauses of the present agreement remain applicable.
